* Eligible Concessions valid only on presentation of current cards: Alliance Française de Melbourne (AFM) Members and Students, Palace Movie Club Members, The Age Subscribers, Full time Students (photo ID required), Senior Citizens, Health Care Card Holders, Pensioners. The cardholder must present a current ID card in order to gain the concession.

Multi-film passes are for separate, pre-selected sessions for one person. All films must be chosen in advance to different films at the time of purchase and can only be redeemed at the cinema of purchase (eg. a pass purchased at Cinema Como will only be valid for festival screenings at Cinema Como). Multi-film passes are only available at the box offices and cannot be booked over the phone.

All box offices open daily 12 - 8.30pm until sold out.
Cinemas sell tickets only for their respective venues.
There are no booking fees for purchasing at cinemas with cash. Credit card transactions by phone will incur a fee of $1 per ticket.
FESTIVAL CONDITIONS
- All Festival films are restricted to persons 18 years of age and over unless specified. This relates not necessarily to the content of the films, but to the legal requirements of holding the Festival, as set by the Office of Film and Literature Classification (OFLC).
- Telephone bookings by Credit Card ONLY. Credit Card is debited at time of booking, and must be produced at time of ticket collection. Festival patrons are encouraged to collect bookings 30 minutes prior to the session to avoid queues.
- The cinema box office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express.
- Multiple-film passes are valid only at cinema of purchase, and are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable. All films must be pre-selected at time of purchase.
- Festival tickets, once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
- Palace Cinema passes and other complimentary passes, cinema promotions and free ticket offers are not valid for festival screenings.
- Dates, times and programs are correct at the time of publication, but may need to be altered. We reluctantly reserve the right to withdraw, change and replace programs without notice.
- All non-English language films have English subtitles.
